Revealing what you feel and dealing with those feelings is the beginning of healing, as my pastor would say. The light in the darkness is you, your spirit can't hide in the dark as long as the Holy Spirit is living within you. What is the purpose of all the struggles of life if we don't use them to grow and help others? Don't let all the experiences you've been through go to waste, use them for good and let God's glory shine through you.
